Returns Policy


If you are unhappy with your product, it is faulty or the wrong size, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase, as long as the original product is returned within 14 days, in the original condition it was sent out in and all the relevant tags are still attached properly. It is important that you read our “Care of your Products section to ensure no damage occurs”. The protective tape must not be removed from any undergarments.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the garment being received back. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any products made under the Couture Design Service, unless they are faulty. However we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments of the garments where needed.  

Please email us before returning any products, with your order number and the reason why you are returning the products. We will thereafter contact you and provide you with details as to where to return the product.If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover the cost of your returns postage. If you wish to return items for any other reason the cost of returns shipping is your responsibility. Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights.
